South Africans attacking Nigerians while making billion of dollars from us. MTN has 58m subscribers in NGR with just 31m in SA. Nigeria leads Africa with 40% of DSTV’s 11m subscribers.
Imagine a NGN company in SA with such growth, not possible they’d burn it down.#Xenophobia

Boycotting MTN, DSTV, Shoprite and other SA companies over xenophobic attacks in South Africa will have a ripple effect on Nigerians because majority of their employees in Nigeria are Nigerians anyway.
Boycotting works but that isn’t the solution to this mess caused by ignorance.

Nationalising foreign companies will also hurt Nigeria if we consider long term impacts. Ghana already gets more FDI than Nigeria. Nationalising South African companies will be counter-productive.

Solution? I don’t know. But flying time from Lagos to Johannesburg, South Africa is around 6 hours. A high power delegation should have landed in SA last night. Ministers, Senators, Industry Leaders, etc..

South Africans are killing & looting Nigerians in their country and SA Government are not doing anything reasonable to curb it & neither is our Nigerian Government tackling it too.
I know Nigeria is hard but please come home instead of losing your Lives.#SayNoToXenophobia ❌?

It is an irony that, a fellow black person would chase another black person like a hunter, chasing a rabbit on the field and burned people alive with no remorse whatsoever!
The action I saw on TV is barbaric, mind burgling and disturbing. #SayNoToXenophobia #XenophobicAttack
