Kanye West Sues Jay-Z’s Roc-A-Fella Records and EMI Publishing over unpaid publishing eminences.

According to TMZ Kanye West is suing Jay-Z’s Roc-A-Fella Records, the company once owned by the American rapper, songwriter, and record producer.

He filed 2 lawsuits one against Roc-A-Fella asserting he signed an exclusive recording agreement with the organization and another against EMI April Music claiming they owe him over a music dispute.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, in 2003, the prior year he turned out with his album, “College Dropout,” he signed an agreement with EMI. The suit asserts before the finish of 2011, Kanye had with other writers had composed over 200 songs and gave the rights to those songs to EMI.

Recall Jay-Z sold his shares in Roc-A-Fella in 2004 and no longer has any involvement in the organization.
