Police Rescue 8-year-old Girl Kidnapped In Rivers State (Photos)

According to reports, Some Detectives assigned to the Rivers State Police Command have rescued an 8-year-old girl identified as Sofia Ehis who was kidnapped in Port Harcourt.

Sofia Ehis was kidnapped from her parent’s home at Nkpor village Rumuolumeni Port Harcourt, on the 11th of May 2019.

However, two female suspects have been arrested by the Rumuolumeni Police officers in connection with the abduction of Ehis and one other child. The suspects are:

1. Patience Madukwe ‘f’ 50 yrs of Osisioma Ngwa Aba, Abia State
2.Fanno Ukoaha ‘f’ 54yrs of Umuakomamvillage Alaoji Aba, Abia State.

According to reports, The child is in good health and will be released to her parents as soon as proper identification is carried out.

A Police officer identified as Lyn Iyke took to her Facebook page to shared pictures of herself with Sofia Ehis and also narrating how she was rescued by the Police through her detailed and painstaking investigation.
